Facial Reflexology

Facial reflexology works on the same principles as hand or foot reflexology but, as the name suggests, treats your face and head.

It is a non-invasive treatment where reflexes on the face correspond with different areas of your body.

Stimulation of theses reflexes promotes the body’s healing process. Facial reflexology helps improve circulation, nerve conduction and encourages the release of toxins from the body via the lymphatic system.

The face’s close proximity to the brain helps to make facial reflexology a powerful treatment for rebalancing the entire body.

I was trained by Ziggie Bergman at the London School of Reflexology. The Bergman Method Facial Reflexology is based on a 10-point zone therapy which forms the foundation of modern reflexology. The method also includes a combination of Native American techniques and Asian body maps.

THE UNIQUE BENEFIT of facial reflexology is that not only does it aim to help clients improve their health and well-being, it can also help them look better, younger, and have a healthy glow.
